This computer has four independent sound channels, which produce the stereo effect, and 16 volume levels. Although a disk drive model was released a year later, this model is equipped with a cassette, which is used to read and save data and programs. Amstrad’s CPC (Colour Personal Computer) model was so successful that Amstrad had to license its design to other companies for sale in other countries.
